Chris Palmer passed away recently due to apparent complications from his recent heart transplant. Chris had been struggling with his heart condition in recent years and had finally received a transplant. Chris was a long standing member of FEST, active for more than 20 years and extremely talented as an actor and director. He was also a professional carpenter, a skill he offered FEST many times over the years through the construction of amazing sets and flats. Many FEST productions over the years simply would not have been possible had it not been for Chris’s contributions. Chris was loved by many and his passing truly leaves a huge gap in the team of artists and thespians of FEST. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his daughter Sophia and his many, many close friends.
