Vanja and Sonia and Masha and Spike
We had a great opening weekend last weekend with our play Vanja and Sonia and Masha and Spike by Christohper Durang and were very happy and grateful for such a good turnout and great audience on both nights!
The next show will stage this coming Friday the 15th at 19:30 at the Kulturhaus Frankfurt, so if you have not already done so, get your tickets now!
FEST will then show Vanja and Sonia and Masha and Spike three final times on 21st, 22nd and 23rd of September.
Synopsis: Middle-aged siblings Vanya and Sonia share a home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where they bicker and complain about the circumstances of their lives. Suddenly, their movie-star sister, Masha, swoops in with her new boy toy, Spike. Old resentments flare up, eventually leading to threats to sell the house. Also on the scene are sassy maid Cassandra, who can predict the future, and a lovely young aspiring actress named Nina, whose prettiness somewhat worries the imperious Masha.
We look forward to seeing many of you there for some laughs, voodoo and absurd moments!
